This website (PresentationGO.com, also hereinafter referred to as “PRESENTATIONGO”) is owned and operated by Christophe Barroche.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access, browsing, and use by the users (“You”) of this website; as well as the services rendered through the Website (“Service”, or “Services” as applicable) which include the download and use of certain content (the “Templates”).

Accessing, downloading, and/or using all or any portion of PresentationGO.com implies that you have read and accept to be bound by these Terms without exception.

PresentationGO.com is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.

PRESENTATIONGO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ANY OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY SUCH CHANGES. IN CASE YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OR HAVE ANY OBJECTION TO ANY PART OF THE PRESENT TERMS YOU MUST NOT USE ANY OF THIS WEBSITE (AND SUBSEQUENTLY, DOWNLOAD AND USE THE TEMPLATES).

Likewise, in respect of collection and processing personal data, the Privacy Policy will apply.

Products offered by PresentationGO

PRESENTATIONGO offers templates for presentations in .ppt, .pptx, and .potx formats (for PowerPoint) as well as for Google Slides. These templates for presentations include diagrams, graphics, backgrounds, maps, flags, icons, etc. together with other contained content (including text, images, banners, graphics, maps, layout, objects, and animations).

Below these templates for presentations and the contents will also be described as “products”.

The templates for presentations are provided only via direct download.

USAGE

PRESENTATIONGO permits you to download and use the templates for presentations, only in accordance with the terms below.

IT IS ILLEGAL AND STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO DISTRIBUTE, PUBLISH, OFFER FOR SALE, LICENSE, OR SUB-LICENSE, GIVE OR DISCLOSE TO ANY OTHER PARTY, THE CONTENT IN HARD COPY, DIGITAL FORM, OR ANY OTHER MEDIUM WHETHER EXISTING OR NOT YET EXISTING, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PERMITTED BELOW.

1. Limited license

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for presentations for the ALLOWED USAGE (2). You are not allowed to use the templates for presentations except for that which is specifically listed in section NOT ALLOWED USAGE (3).

2. Allowed usage

Subject to the restrictions and limitations described under NOT ALLOWED USAGE (3), the following are “allowed usages” of the templates for presentations:

a. Create derivative works or modifications to fit your own needs, provided that such works are not intended to be re-sold or published publicly for free distribution, in editable format.
b. Professional, business, personal, educational presentations that may be viewed by a public audience, within a learning or e-learning platform, internal network, or any other content delivery platform that can be sold or licensed to the audience, provided that copyright credit is given to PRESENTATIONGO for the creation of the templates used, if and only if the purpose of the redistribution or sale is not the purpose of gaining access to the templates specifically.

The copyright statement we require you to include when you use our material is:
“© Copyright PresentationGO”, “Designed by PresentationGO” or “By PresentationGO”

c. Any other use of the templates for presentations is strictly prohibited and requires the prior written consent of PRESENTATIONGO.

To request a written permission for a specific use of the templates for presentations (or any other formats), please contact PRESENTATIONGO through the contact section.

Some examples of allowed usage:

The release of the templates for presentations (original or modified version) to customers for their internal use as part of training.
To make a copy for backups on your hard drive or local network and to print handouts for use with your presentation.

3. Not allowed usage

a. Sell, distribute, sub-license, transfer, or assign the templates for presentations or rights to the templates.
b. Sell, distribute, sub-license, and transfer access to the templates for presentations.
c. Use or display the templates for presentations on websites or web pages (or similar) to induce or involving sale, license.
d. Use the templates for presentations in any way that could be considered defamatory, pornographic, libelous, immoral, obscene or fraudulent, or illegal, either by making physical changes to it, in the juxtaposition to accompanying text or images or otherwise.
h. Hotlinking (i.e., make a direct link to) any content hosted on PresentationGO.com. That includes download files and images.

If you would like to share one of our resources, you can share the link to the specific resource page on PresentationGO.com (i.e., the link to the post) and use the preview / featured images (but to be uploaded to your own server).

Some examples of prohibited usage:

To copy/make our templates (full or only parts) available on a website, portal, or social network website for download (incl. groups, file sharing networks, Slideshare, etc.) whether free or for a charge, and online or offline.
To use any resources from PresentationGO.com to create a template to be sold or shared on marketplaces (like GraphicRiver, Creative Market, Etsy…).
